Frequently asked questions
Do I need an Internet connection?
No. SknEDU-studio works offline. Internet is only needed to download the software and its updates, to activate a licence, and for the online AI assistant (the local AI works without Internet).
What happens after the 30-day trial?
The software switches to the free version, with no time limit: read, annotate, organise, fill in, sign, print. Premium features require a Teacher or School licence. The trial is tied to the computer and can only be used once per machine.
How do I pay?
By Wave or MTN MoMo to +225 05 06 84 81 64 (ZintaServices), then send the request and proof of payment by WhatsApp or e-mail. You receive your licence key in return.
Can I move to another computer?
Yes. Deactivate the licence on the old PC (Help › Licence and edition), then activate the same key on the new one: it keeps its remaining days.
Are my documents sent anywhere?
No. Your documents stay on your computer. Nothing is sent without you asking (see the Privacy page).
